These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of paramedicalartistsacademy.com (the "Site") and any programs offered through it, including Mastering Paramedical Billing (the "Program"). The Site and Program are operated by Paramedical Artists Academy, a Dr. Rusnak Academy program based in Kissimmee, Florida ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Site and Program are intended for practicing professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or enroll.

Educational Purpose Only

The Program is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, tax, billing, or coding advice, and it does not provide a medical, billing, or coding certification. Compliance with all applicable state and federal billing, licensing, and healthcare regulations is the sole responsibility of the practitioner. You should consult qualified professional advisors regarding your specific circumstances.

No Guarantee of Results

Results vary and depend on the practitioner's skill, market, business execution, and regulatory environment. Dr. Rusnak Academy, Paramedical Artists Academy, and Dr. Cecilia Rusnak make no guarantees of income, reimbursement access, or business outcomes.

Enrollment, Pricing, and Payment

Program pricing is stated in U.S. dollars as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and your payment is also subject to their terms. Founders Round or other promotional pricing applies only as displayed at the time of enrollment.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase, tuition payments are non-refundable. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

Program Access and Intellectual Property

All Program materials — including videos, documents, templates, frameworks, and course content — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own professional education. You may not share your account, or copy, resell, distribute, publicly post, or create derivative works from Program materials without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Program, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site, the Program, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Program for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of materials. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
